REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL ACT was passed to ensure that the pricing of land etc、would be fair and adequate. It requires appraisal to be done by LREAs, worthy of the trust credited by the society. To fulfill this responsibility, it requires the appraiser to be qualified in a high standard national examination, and to be licensed as LREAs or LREA candidates. This act also requires appraisal firms to register its office, and engage an exclusive LREA for its services.
